We follow simple and transparent pricing for all outstation trips. Our standard rate for SUVs is ₹22 per km for round trips (calculated garage-to-garage). One-way trips are offered at fixed package rates.

Tolls, parking, and state taxes are charged as per actuals (unless mentioned otherwise in a special package). Night allowance may apply for late-night or overnight duties and is clearly communicated before confirmation.

What is included in the per-km rate?

The per-km rate mainly covers the vehicle and driver. Tolls, parking, and state taxes are usually charged separately on an actuals basis unless a special all-inclusive package is agreed upon in writing.

How does minimum billing work for outstation trips?

Most outstation trips follow a minimum kilometre per day policy (industry standard). Even if the actual distance driven is lower, billing is done based on the minimum km. The exact figure is clearly discussed and confirmed before the trip.

When do night charges or driver allowance apply?

Night allowance or driver allowance applies when the duty extends late into the night or when the driver has to stay overnight for outstation trips. These charges are clearly communicated before booking confirmation.

What is the difference between one-way and round-trip pricing?

In round trips, billing is calculated on garage-to-garage kilometres. For one-way trips, we offer fixed package rates that already account for return (dead) kilometres, giving you a clear upfront estimate.
