Safety Note: After booking confirmation, we may request a valid ID proof for security purposes.
  • 20% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. Balance is payable at the end of the trip.
  • Tolls, parking, and state taxes are extra unless clearly mentioned in the quote.
  • Minimum 2 hours advance notice is preferred for scheduled rides.
  • Additional waiting charges or detour charges may apply if the trip goes beyond the agreed scope.
  • A similar category vehicle may be provided if the originally booked vehicle is unavailable.
  • Cancellation and rescheduling policy is shared clearly at the time of confirmation.

LKO Cab (operated by Anurag Singh) provides scheduled local, airport, and outstation taxi services from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. By booking or using our services through our website, phone, or WhatsApp, you agree to these terms and the applicable laws of India.

A booking request is considered an inquiry until it is officially confirmed by our team via call, message, or written communication. Confirmation usually requires an advance payment as discussed during booking. Only after confirmation is the vehicle considered reserved for your trip.

You agree to pay the fare communicated at the time of confirmation along with any additional charges such as tolls, parking fees, state taxes, night charges, or government levies wherever applicable. Any change in route, extra waiting time, additional stops, or change in destination may result in revised charges, which will be clearly communicated before continuation of the service.

Customers must provide accurate pickup details and remain reachable at the scheduled time. We are not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect information or unavailability of the passenger. While we always aim for punctual service, delays due to traffic, weather, road conditions, vehicle issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control shall not make LKO Cab liable for any compensation.

Passengers are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward drivers. Any damage to the vehicle caused due to negligence or misconduct may be recoverable from the responsible passenger(s). We advise you to check your personal belongings before exiting the vehicle. While we may assist in locating lost items on a best-effort basis, LKO Cab shall not be legally responsible for loss or damage of personal property.

Information collected during booking (name, phone, email, travel details) is used strictly for service coordination and operational improvement. We do not sell customer data. Information may be shared only if required by law or lawful authorities.

LKO Cab reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in unavoidable situations related to safety or operational limitations. Any applicable refund will follow the policy communicated at the time of confirmation. These terms may be updated periodically, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
