Detailed Terms & Conditions

LKO Cab by Anurag Singh, operating from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, provides scheduled local, airport, and outstation taxi services originating from Lucknow city. By booking or using our services through website, phone, or WhatsApp communication, the customer agrees to comply with these terms and applicable laws of India. A booking request is treated as an inquiry until it is officially confirmed by our team via call, message, or written communication. Confirmation may require advance payment as communicated during booking discussion, and only after such confirmation shall the vehicle be considered reserved.

The customer agrees to pay the fare communicated at the time of confirmation along with additional charges such as tolls, parking fees, state taxes, night charges, or any statutory levy imposed by government authorities wherever applicable. Any extension in travel route, waiting beyond agreed time, additional stops, or change in destination may result in revised charges, which will always be informed transparently before continuation of service.

Customers must provide accurate pickup details and remain reachable at the scheduled time. Service delays caused due to incorrect information or unavailability of the passenger shall not be the responsibility of LKO Cab. While we strive to ensure punctual and smooth service, delays due to traffic conditions, weather situations, road restrictions, vehicle breakdown, law-and-order situations, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control shall not make LKO Cab liable for compensation.

Passengers are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward drivers and ensure that no unlawful or unsafe activity is conducted during the ride. Any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misconduct may be recoverable from the responsible passenger. Customers are advised to check personal belongings before exiting the vehicle. Although assistance may be provided to locate lost items on a best-effort basis, LKO Cab shall not be legally responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal property.

Information collected at the time of booking including name, phone number, email, and travel details is used strictly for booking coordination, service communication, and operational improvement. We do not sell customer data to unauthorized parties; however, such information may be shared if required by lawful authority under applicable law.

LKO Cab reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in unavoidable situations related to safety, vehicle availability, or operational limitations. Any applicable refund shall follow the terms communicated at the time of confirmation. These terms may be updated periodically in compliance with applicable regulations, and continued use of our services shall imply acceptance of the latest version. All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

1. Booking confirm kaise hoti hai?

Inquiry ya details share karne ke baad jab aap aur hamari team fare, timing aur route par agree ho jaate hain, tab booking confirm mani jaati hai. Confirmation call/WhatsApp par clearly bataya jaata hai.

2. Advance payment kyun liya jaata hai?

Advance se gaadi aur driver aapke trip ke liye block ho jaate hain, jisse last-minute cancellation ya no-show ka risk kam hota hai. Baaki amount usualy trip complete hone par settle kiya jaata hai.

3. Cancellation ya reschedule policy kya hoti hai?

Exact cancellation/reschedule terms confirmation ke waqt clearly share kiye jaate hain, kyunki yeh trip type, season aur route par depend kar sakte hain. Hamara focus yahi rehta hai ki policy fair ho aur pehle se explain ho.

4. Agar driver late ho jaaye ya koi issue aa jaaye to kya hota hai?

Agar kabhi rare case mein delay ya operational issue aa bhi jaaye, to hamari team proactively call/WhatsApp ke through update deti hai aur possible alternate/adjustment offer karne ki koshish karti hai.
